New Member Information

Are you new to our club and interested in taking classes? 

Membership is required to enroll in our classes, if you are not a current member, please sign up as a non-member.  An associate membership is included as part of your class fees.

You'll begin with a 4 month Associate membership. Once that Associate Membership has expired, you may join our club as a Regular member. 

If you are new to our club, do not have a current membership, have not taken classes with us before, or want to participate in our Drop-in sessions for Obedience, Rally or Conformation, then you'll need to become an Associate Member.  

Associate Membership - $40 and valid for 4 months

• Open to new members of the club for a period of four months and shall include all privileges of the club except voting. 
• This includes all family members/dogs in the same household. 
• After completing the 4 month period, an Associate Member may apply for Regular Membership.

Regular Members - $30 per year

Open for individuals that have gone through an Associate Membership and then petition to join as a Regular Member. They must be accepted by the majority vote of the Board of Directors or go through the process Article 1. Section 3, B. 

Regular Members shall include all privileges of the club. All Regular Members include your "significant other" and children for no additional cost. Lapsed Regular Members that desire to reapply can go directly to applying for Regular Membership.

• Priority over non-members for signing up for classes.
• Invitations to Special Club Events
• Eligible to vote
• Eligible to be a board member
• Eligible to chair a committee
• Includes all family members/dogs in the same household
   

Regular members are delinquent after January 31st and Associate members become delinquent 30 days after their membership expires. Expired Associate Members are welcome to apply for Regular Membership.

Junior Members (under 18 years old) - $10 per year

• Open to those under 18 years of age. Junior membership shall include all the privileges of the Club except voting. 
• No prior Associate Membership is required.
• Includes ability to volunteer for committees, take classes, and receive an accomplishment plaque for work with their dog and the Club.
• Does not include voting privileges. 

If you have multiple family members who will be handling your dog, we require each person to sign our waiver.
