We understand that life brings many surprises to us all, and sometimes people must cancel their class reservation. Please help us continue to offer these wonderful classes, at the most affordable costs possible, by reading and adhering to our cancellation, refund, and transfer policies.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
Classes are canceled when enrollment minimums are not reached. Cancellations are determined no later than 2 business days before the class starts. If the OCSDC cancels a class the student will have the option to transfer to another class, as long as space is available, or receive a 100% refund.
What is the Refund Policy?
If a student chooses to withdraw from a class the refund policies are as follows:

Transfers:
Transfers to a similarly priced class occur at no charge, as long as space is available. If no space is available, please refer to our refund policy above.
Membership Dues:
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
